New Release - December 4, 2012

This time, we are happy to announce that payments through the application got even more simple and straightforward, as Cloudwords now supports using a credit card to pay for translation projects. After talking to customers about their financial process, we saw the opportunity to go further in our quest for simplification while enabling users to achieve higher efficiency. By allowing customers to pay with their credit card directly in the application, we are helping customers avoid spending time with financial matters, freeing up time to take care of what is really important: managing translation projects.

As part of this new product release, we have also worked on the following enhancements and new features:

Drag & Drop files: It’s now easier to upload files to Cloudwords as users can simply drag and drop from their desktop into the application.

Bid history: We made it easier to see all the bids approved for a project, including the ones generated after change orders or cancellation work.

Cloudwords and Page Tours: Customers can now learn more about how to use Cloudwords directly from within the application.

Translation Memory Savings Report: This new report shows the difference between what a customer actually paid for translations and what their cost would have been without translation memory.

We have also been busy working in a few user experience enhancements and talking to our users, who have been providing great feedback and ideas for future development – stay tuned for the next release!
