What Are The Roles Available on Cloudwords Accounts?

On a Cloudwords Basic Edition, all users are Administrators, with full access to all settings and configuration of the account. 

On a Cloudwords Professional Edition, users can be divided into the following roles: 

1) Administrators

    - Have access to all features in the account including, but not limited to, change all account settings, add, edit or remove users, create or cancel projects, add and remove followers from a project, select winning bids, submit vendor reviews, view all reports, and mark vendors as preferred. 

2) Project Managers

     Project Managers have access to the following areas of their Cloudwords account (or department):

        - Settings > My Account. They can modify everything except their role and department.

        - All open and closed projects. 

        - All reports. 

        - Vendor directory, including their Company or department reviews. 

    Project Managers can create, cancel and edit any project in their account or department.

    Project Managers do not have access to the following areas of their Cloudwords account:

     - Settings > any section other than their personal account information.

     - Departments: Project Managers have access limited to the department(s) they belong to.

    - Can be granted access to the OneTM and Reference materials (Glossary and Style Guide) areas. 

3) Reviewers

    - Can approve or request a revision for any language.

    - Only see information on their Home and Projects tabs.

    - Do not  have access to Settings, Reports or Vendor Directory.

    - Can be granted access to the OneTM and Reference materials (Glossary and Style Guide) areas. 

    - Cannot create nor modify projects.

    - Do not have access to any financial information (projects bids amount).

 

On a Cloudwords Enterprise Edition, users can be divided into the same roles as the Professional Edition, above, and, additionally, into: 

4) Requesters

   - Can submit requests for translations.

   - Only see information on their Home and Projects tabs, and only for projects that were originated by one of their submitted requests.

   - Do not have access to Company Settings, Reports, OneTM, Reference (Glossary and Style Guide) and Vendor Directory. 

   - Do not have access to any financial information, like projects' bids. 


5) Internal Translators

   - Can be assigned projects to translate.

   - Only see information on their Home and Projects tabs.

   - Can be granted access to the OneTM and Reference materials (Glossary and Style Guide) areas. 

   - Do not have access to any financial information, like projects' bids.
