Sending Reminders To Tasks Owners

It's easy to send reminders to the user who's assigned as the owner of a task. There are different ways to do it: 

- Log in to Cloudwords and go to a specific project

- Once on the project page, you have the following options to send a reminder to the owner of any task

 

1) From the Tasks tab of a Project 

- Go to the Tasks tab and select the tasks you want to send a reminder about.  

- After selecting one or more tasks, click the Remind button. 

- A dialog will open, where you will be able to configure your reminder, and include an optional message, if you want. 

 

2) From the Translations tab of a Project (Reminders only for Review Language Tasks)

- Go to the Translations tab. You will see an Open Review Language Tasks module. 

- If there are any open review tasks at the moment, you will see them listed on the module. Click the Remind link that appears underneath a task's name to send a reminder for that specific task. 

- If you want to send a reminder to the owners of all open review tasks at once, simply click the Remind All link at the bottom of the module. 

- A dialog will open, where you will be able to configure your reminder, and include an optional message, if you want. 

 

Notes:

- If you choose to send a reminder for more than one task at the same time, your optional message will be sent to all of the owners of the tasks you selected.

- The message you enter when configuring your reminder is only sent to the owner of that task and remains private. This means that it will not be shown anywhere in Cloudwords
