To install the Cloudwords AppExchange app for Salesforce Knowledge, you must have the rights to install new AppExchange applications on your Salesforce account. If that is the case, please follow the steps below:
- We strongly recommend that you have at least two different queues on Salesforce Knowledge for using when translating your articles. This is not new, but rather what the Salesforce help pages suggest doing when sending knowledge articles out to translation by an external vendor. Learn more at the Salesforce Knowledge help pages. It's possible that you have already been translating your Salesforce Knowledge articles, and thus you probably have the different queues already in your account. In that case, you do not need to create new queues to use with Cloudwords for Salesforce.

- When you are ready to install the Cloudwords package, simple click here to start the installation process on Salesforce. You will be asked to log into your Salesforce account.
